Between Trail Centres: South Wales

    The route i do now and again, and i don't know how well you know the area, is up Graig Road (past ty mawr pub) right the way to the top. Ride along the top of the ridge and drop down into the woods up there.

    There's some good trails up there with steps, a really rocky bit and very rooty. Follow the trail down to the bottom and follow the stream along and you can do a loop.

    Alternatively you can go up to castell coch and there's some good trails on the castell coch side of the woods and the other side towards the wenallt

    yep i think i know where you mean, i will give it a go. i do the wenallt and castell coch trails weekly and am now just getting a bit bored of them so fancied a change.
