Wheel builders in Devon

Anyone out there know of a good wheel builder in Devon. I'm after a pair of 26" touring wheels. I've searched forum and spent a lot of time googling and have come up with Paul Hewitt, Harry Rowland, Spa Cycles, Wheelsmith and Saint John Street as options that aren't very local, just wondered if there was anyone a bit nearer.
