Flying to Calgary

Yeap I am getting to planning and thinking about the tour through at least some of Canada. Was hoping to go from Calgary to Vancouver and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on airlines for the flight there and back? Going to be taking my bike and trailer with me, not a fan of renting and also it is custom made for my touring desires.
Any advice/stories of past experiences would be great.
