Opinions on custom built frames?

Hi am looking at this frame...

I like the look of it but have a few worries - firstly no warranty, it's not safety checked (don't know the word - CEN??) and probably hard to find replacement bearings or get work done on it.

What would you do?

dont buy it, you dont know the guy who has built it or indeed anything much about its history, it has no warrenty so i would avoid at all costs. i thought you were getting a santa cruz bullit anyway????
