I recently bought a Specialized Hardrock Sport 2009 Disc from a friend. Bike was in great condition and after a few small fixes needed its looking brand new and for £150 was a bargain.
However, I am 6ft tall and it's a 17" frame, riding it seems okay, maybe slightly short in the reach department, my question is, is this a suitable frame for XC and some Road riding or would I benefit from a 19" frame.
