Upgrades, in this order, whenever you have money:
saddle - charge spoon (£25)
pedals- wellgo b 54/gusset slim jim (£25/18 )
brakes- elixir 5's from merlin (only £135 for a set)
deore and lx shifters/mechs- x9 shifters/ rear mech and xt front deraliur (£140)
then maybe forks- rockshox pikes 454 coil uturn (£430)
then you'll have the ultimate trail/freeride hardtail
