As it says... 43 yo Pie eater needs to loose a couple of stone, having difficulty self motivating would be better off being encouraged and recprocating this to like minded peer group of others.
Live and work in the central borders so acces to some great countryside not a problem.
Size, shape, gender and ability not an issue (I've only been riding a year), intend to start off gently with a mix of road, forest track and trail work. Ability level at end of last year was the "Full" Blue Trail at Glentress (with a lot of wheezing and panting).
Sense of humour is critical, would like to make thais a regular thing and initially try fgetting together a couple of evenings a week to train road ride.
