GPX MTB Route for Box Hill

On another note, is there a gpx route anyone can recommend in the Box Hill area for 10-20km of intermediate XC riding ?

How does one download the routes here at Bikeradar ?

    Boxhill, that's north downs isn't it? Might be wrong, I only ever went there in my younger days on a GSXR :)

    Anyway http://www.imbikemag.com/ have a north downs gpx file, I've never gotten around to riding it yoet though.
