When I lived in Amsterdam, we used to ride with brollies all the time. Riding a clunky town bike home in Amsterdam with your GF side saddle on the pannier rack, holding a brolly over the both of you to keep you dry is one of life's great pleasures.http://www.georgesfoundation.org
