I got these on my Boardman and am thinking about running them tubeless but cannot find any details on them (not even on Ritcheys own website) so don't know what system I will need if i want to run them without tubes.

Anyone been able to run these tubeless and if you are what system are you using?

That. For 21.5-24.5mm outer rims. The inner dimension is 19mm so the smaller kit will be too small.

    Worked quite well on mine.

Maxxis Advantages, 2.1". Standard type, not tubeless/UST.

  • Hi Guys,

I know it's an old thread but still, maybe somebody will hear me.....

I have the same rims (on Boardman as well).... Can I use this system with my original tires Speed Kings 2.1?

And do I need that whole set-up (from your link) to go tubeless? It looks like that setup is for any rim, even not tubeless ready, but as far as I know Ritchey WCS are tubeless ready so I thought they already have something more in them then standard rims so lets say half job is done already. DO I need to use that rubber tubeless strips as well? Or is it already on the rims as they are tubeless ready?

    Thanks for any advice.

    Radek.

They're not tubeless ready, and it turned into a pain tbh.

I wouldn't bother again. Do it properly, or don't do it at all.
