Mine feel really rough... can you service these!!!! (is it worth it)?
If so.. a bit of guidance please, (if its not too technical)!

Which bit feels rough, are you talking about the STIs on the handlebar or the gearing mechs themselves?

I thought the thread title had changed!
I'm sure they will be serviceable. Have a look on Park Tools website or google for a Youtube video.
Shimano tech docs should give you an exploded diagram so you can see what to expect when disembowelling them.
