A killer whale killed a woman trainer at Sea World, Orlando. If you can't trust a killer whale, then who can you trust.

Its the cover up that Im intrigued by. Officially, she fell in. According to Witnesses who were ushered away it grabbed her and pulled her in.0
-
Plus, the whale had killed before and got away with it.0

Killer Whales get a lot of bad press IMHO. They're really just dolphins in a tuxedo, aren't they?Cycling weakly0

Yep heard the same thing. If there's one thing the Yanks are good at it's covering their ar$e. I'm sure one of the witnesses will have video footage.0 -
I wouldn't go near one myself. The clue is in the title. KILLER whale0

But they look so cute and cuddly.0

The audience members quoted don't think she fell it seems.0 -
Has anyone seen the film; Orca The Killer Whale? I wouldn't fancy pi**ing one of those things off as they have a mean streak a mile wide - and a memory to match! Oh... and Great White sharks have been known to be used as snacks by Killer Whales in the past... they scarper for 1000's of miles if they know one's in the vicinity - I saw that on Channel 5 so it must be true!
By the way, it's not as if it's going to get sent to prison is it? It's already in one!let all your saddles be comfy and all your rides less bumpy....0 -

There's a further clue in this specific animal's names as well.
It's name is Tilikum. An anagram of "IT KIL UM".
How many clues did the monochrome menace have to give before anyone listened??0 -
Good job it didn't happen in the UK. The government would have drafted a 'Dangerous Whales Act".....

SeaWorld should be fined and shut down for exploiting animals for performing for money. Disgusting, almost as bad, or there again no difference, in them and circuses.
Only got themselves to blame for the death of a worker, sorry 'trainer' but it's the same thing.0 -

I believe that the name Killer Whale comes from a misunderstanding of what the Spanish called this animal - "Whale Killer". QI points?0 -
That's what you get for captivating an animal such as that. Karma and good on the animal I say!0

As an American, I have to say this is one thing I've never understood about my country. We flock to places like Sea World to see human beings interact with dangerous animals and then are stunned when something occasionally goes wrong. Or more accurately, when something goes as one could predict.0
