Wheel/cassette compatibility question

Hello everyone,
I'm looking to buy a new set of wheels for my SCR1.5, currently with mostly Tiagra running gear if I remember right.
The wheels I've seen on offer have dura-ace freehubs which are only compatible with 6600 and 6700 cassettes.
Is it a simple swap from the 9 ring to one of these 10 rings? Would the only other thing I need to change be the chain?
Or, could I get these wheels and change the freehub?
Thanks for any advice given.

Steve,
You'll need new shifters and rear mech to run 10 speed if you currently have nine. Not sure if you can set up a shimano ten to run as nine the sprocket spacings will be different so it might not be a slick as the right stuff.Neil

That's a huge shame as CRC have a great deal on the Ultegra wheels. It's £50 cheaper than everywhere else so I was hoping I could use that £50 on upgrading the cassette and chain.
Oh well, never mind. Thanks for your help.Current steed is a '07 Carrera Banshee X
