Hello,
at the moment on the bike i have Deore XT brake and gear shifters combined .
What's the best value for money to change to separate brake and gear levers and can i keep the original calipers or mechanisms.

Yes, you can keep the mechs and calipers (as long as use SHimano parts).
But seperate levers can be expensive.0
