Ive just bought some thule aero bars for my car but my old bike rack doesnt fit it is there anywhere that sells adaptors for the t rail or that go round the bars?

the old rack is one by halfords designed for bikes with bigger head tubes.connects with single clamp at front and double clamp at back.0

yea ive gone from an old square bars on my dads car to thule aero on mine. ive been to halfords and they were next to useless like my normal branch is and didnt have anything.0
