You'll notice that many of the more experienced punditeers haven't posted their selections yet, the sly dogs.

makes a change from pundits I suppose

Please could I select Edvald Boasson Hagen for the bicycle race. Thanks awfully.

Think nothing of it, old chap. Jolly good to have you on board, what.

Afx, could I change my rider?

    From gilbert, to

    BOONEN.

    I have my reasons...

    Cheers.

You suspect that given the weather well 'ard Belgian stands more of a chance than effeminate man bag carrying Frenchie? Yes?

Haha, aside the fact Gilbert hardly lives far away from Flanders, being a Wallonian!

I have been keeping a close eye on the Flemish coverage/build up of the race.....

Edit: Boonen is a bit more risky too - Gilbert consitently finishes top 5 in all one dayers, but Boonen often isn't fussed for a high placing if the win has gone.
  • I have been stopping in once and a while to get everyone's view but have never commented and this seems like a good time to start.

I am going with Thor Hushovd

OK, my turn. With nothing much to decide between the favourites, I will join TTHR in taking a punt on Borut Bozic.
