Frame/wheel Swap

I recently bought a road bike to swap parts with my exisitng bike. I want to swap the frame and wheels. Both bikes are exactly the same brand, size and geometry. The new bike has a Campagnolo Mirage groupset and my bike has Shimano 105.

My question is would this prevent me taking the wheels (Mavic Aksium) from the Campy equipped bike?
