A spare tube and a mini-pump mounted on the frame.

I save puncture repair for when I get home, although I carry a small Park set just in case I get more than one.

  • spare tube, combination pump that takes c02 bottles and can be used as a normal pump, park tool levers, park tool multitool (has a chain breaker) and finally a spare sram masterlink. I never fix punctures just prefer a new tube.

I have both of them and have had to use the pump, happy with both of them.

Spare tube, plus repair kit & frame pump. I don't know about you lot but I find it hard to guarantee having only one puncture per ride.

Also carry the Allen key that fits most Allen bolts on the bike, spare batteries in winter for the lights, some cash and the bail-out option of a phone in the back pocket.

I just got a Lezyne Stainless 12 multitool. Seems pretty good for £12, small and fairly light with a reasonable looking chain breaker.
