Anyone else had an issue with DHL not actually employing drivers who can actually follow a sat nav.... second time now it has been DHL unable to find my house...anyone else no problem whatsover.. just DHL... a second day spent kicking around the house awaiting.. until I found a way to track the order with the pathetic excuse logged... unable to trace location.

Even with Sat Nav no one can find my house! I'm forever being phoned to collect from a depot. One Company (it wasn't DHL) wanted me to go to Aberdeen! That's only 135 miles from here.

    DHL are appauling.

Worked for one of the biggest student cinemas in the UK.

DHL were our courrier service. We regularly had to cancel because they had either a) not delivered it b) not delivered it to the right place, or c) delivered it too late.

Their staff were also generally rude tosspots.

We weren't allowed to change service because DHL were half the price of the competition.

I ordered a set of wheels of Derek the wheel man.Came home from work one day and found a big box outside my front door.It had been left there by DHL no signature and dont know how long they had been there, and i live on a busy street so lucky they were still there.Have been told that DHL employ contract drivers so the more they deliver the more they get paid.
Keep the chain tight all the way.

    They do that a lot.

They did it with 35mm reels of films, often the only copy in the UK, which weren't even ours!

    They're stunningly expensive to replace.

Haven't had the sat-nav issue with them but at times their drivers have been a bit amateur - ish (re-paperwork) - having said that, I typically use them and HDNL for certain Ebay sales - nothing lost so far - often can take 24 hours or so for tracking info to appear - I do everything via P2G now.

    No catastrophes with them yet.
