Which are the best brake blocks to buy for Tiagra brakes? Is it worth upgrading to pads and shoes?

"Dura Ace, Ultegra and 105 compatible holders with cartridge inserts." but I believe they'll go on Tiagra brakes too.

Can confirm they do indeed fit Tiagra, I fitted the self same ones to my bike.
The pack comes with the dual compound pads fitted as in the picture as well as a spare set of salmon pads for 'wetter conditions'.
I fitted the salmon pads and they took one ride to bed in. Braking is now perceptably better than the old (original) Tiagra pads.Mike B

Would the Koolstops be an improvement over these that I have on my winter bike (in Sora calipers)?

If they do indeed come with two sets of pads (can someone confirm please- its not clear from the dotbike link) then they are not that much dearer.0 -
