Which brake blocks for Tiagra?

Which are the best brake blocks to buy for Tiagra brakes? Is it worth upgrading to pads and shoes?

"Dura Ace, Ultegra and 105 compatible holders with cartridge inserts." but I believe they'll go on Tiagra brakes too.

Can confirm they do indeed fit Tiagra, I fitted the self same ones to my bike.

The pack comes with the dual compound pads fitted as in the picture as well as a spare set of salmon pads for 'wetter conditions'.

I fitted the salmon pads and they took one ride to bed in. Braking is now perceptably better than the old (original) Tiagra pads.

If they do indeed come with two sets of pads (can someone confirm please- its not clear from the dotbike link) then they are not that much dearer.
