Some help on TT wheels..

I can get a pair of bontranger aeolus 6.5's for £500.. They are in good condition but im wondering will they actually be usefull on a timetrial bike. In otherwords will they give me a noticable advantage over regular wheels?

Define: noticeable advantage.

You'll have less drag than standard box section rims.

£500 sounds good for the Bontragers

Yes they will provide a very noticeable advantage on a time trial.

Noticeable in that your times will come down.

$500 us FOR 50 MM Carbon wheels - tubulars, they have clichers but they cost more... great prices on SRAM groups too...
