Week off - Any snow free areas in the UK?

I've got a week off work to myself, looking to get some decent rides in each day - are there any places that haven't had snow? I'm in notts and will travel anywhere in the UK.

This close to race season I can't afford to go breaking anything, otherwise i'd ride local.

Sponging-Machine

No snow in the Westcountry, although lots of rain forecast for the next few days. Quantocks and East Exmoor are good when wet.
