To whatever kind soul handed in my car keys to the bike shop at Ae today.
It fell out my pocket when I was sessioning the Omega Man before going out and doing the red route and I was half way round before I noticed they were gone.
Me an my mate had a very miserable trudge back along the singletrack looking for the keys. When we eventually got a mobile signal I called the bike shop and someone had handed them in. So thank you to whoever it was.
So two lessons learnt.
Mountain bikers are nice people
An use the bloody key loop in your Camelbak

It's better than nothing, if not - at least for us who can't afford a mere automobile.0 -

But at least I'd be able to get to Wales without making use of a train! 8)0 -

Tip it up on it's rear end and it's a rocket. 8)0 -
It was actually a rather nice Seat Leon FR, which could have made a pretty swift getaway.
I only thought for the briefest moment that someone might steal it, my main worry was not finding the keys and how to get me my mate and two mountain bikes the 70 miles back to Glasgow.
Thanfully a strangers honesty meant I had no probles other than a spoiled ride.0
