Has anyone used an Edge GPS in Spain? I struggled with the accuracy (or lack of) of local maps last year in Murcia and was wondering if the Garmin maps were any good for the area?

Get the Europe maps for the Edge 705 and you should be OK.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
  • I've used my 705 with the Garmin City Navigator Europe map when riding in the south of France, just inside the border with Spain. The level of detail in the maps both sides of the border was just fine. Even the smallest of roads were shown.
There's no such thing as too old.

I have used the City Navigator Europe maps on a 705 in Spain, France and Italy as well as at home in Ireland and it was all very accurate.
