Red wheels + green frame?

I want to get the on one inbred slot dropout frame in green, but i already have red fulcrum wheels. can these colours mix? and is it a good frame?

Yes, good frame for the money (and as good as some double the price)

Just remember to dress like an elf and you'll look just fine.

I reckon it'd look okay actually. Besides, with the weather like it is at the moment all bikes are brown with brown wheels within about 15 minutes anyway.
