first day back on the bike for 2 months tommorow am excited but at the same time pooping it cos my last ride i came off on black ice & severly bruised the end of my femur ouch swelling only just gone and the knees now got got full movement fingers crossed

keep up the good work,ive had a broken leg got hit by a car,the first few rides were nervous but you soon get use to it.
