Specialized Airlock" tire" sealant

I'm sorry if this has been posted before, I've have just bought the said tyre sealant but there is no instructions supplied.
I have shrader type valves and have no idea how to inject it into the inner tube? Sorry for being thick but I've never used it before. Any advice would be great :oops:

You need to remove the valve cores. Valve core remover ideally, but can be done with a thin set of pointy nose pliers.
