And I'm so very proud of her and my wife who is also celebrating her AAhemmm umpteenth birthday today.

Always been cause for celebration a double birthday but with Jodie hitting 21 it makes it even more special.

Just thought I'd share it with my friends on here, and anyone else. :wink:

  • My little darling's 18 next month, off to Uni in the Autumn.
    Hooo-bloody-ray! :D
    Me & the missus can cook & eat what we want, without having to worry if she'll partake and have the ability to have a shower between the hours of 8 & 10pm!

    Make sure when you drop her off at the start of her Uni life, to be as embarassing and gushing as possible. Go round and say Hi to all of her new flatmates, and talk about how cool your daughter is.

    But make sure they're aware of her chronic asthma and medication, and you need to frighten off the unpleasant types, otherwise she could end up in the wrong crowd.

    She'll hate you for a bit, but by the end of freshers week she'll be so f*cked from booze and drugs, she'll have forgotten!

    I feel it, when I sorrow most;
    'Tis better to have loved and lost;
    Than never to have loved at all."
