Here is my Kona Four with numerous changes. Still have to change a few things but so far I have changed standard for;

Forks - RS Recon Race
Rear Shock - RS Monarch 3.3
Brakes - Avid Juicy Five - 185mm rotors
Rear mech - Shimano XT Shadow
Front mach - Shimano XT
Headset - FSA Orbit Extreme Pro
Pedals - Shimano M520
Tyres - Schwalbe Nobby Nic
Bars - Easton EA70
Stem - Easton EA70
Saddle - SDG Bel Air
