steel frame for singlespeed?

finally decided that my 1998 condercone isn't quite right (size wise)
other than an on-one inbred what other affordable (read cheap) steel frames can you guys recommend? (under £150 if at all possible. doesn't need to be new either)
looked at kona units but can't find any cheap enough, any other ideas?

The HandsomeDog Talisman frame comes in at about £60. Sizes a bit limited though.0

talisman isn't singlespeed afaik
looks like Dialled might be making the Love/Hateagain. 320 quid though so twice the price of an inbred (and slotted dropouts are better than EBB IMO anyway)Everything in moderation ... except beer
