    Maybe the mods saw it themselves. People don't get banned if someone complains, they get banned if they've broken the rules.

    Im only Vinos manager but i have made an passionate plea for his return to the peleoton as his ban has surely been served. There is no appeal to the court for arbitration.

    As an aside, why is it against the rules to have multiple accounts? If someone like Mark wants to create a persona like Vino, where is the harm in it? It's not like Ebay where you can bid on your own auctions with multiple IDs is it?

    fair dos, but Vino and Mark Walker never addressed each other or appeared in the same threads. Vino was wel just Vino.

    Actually as his manager i can confirm there was some tacit approval of Vino from at least one of the mods. Sadly not the one that banned him.

    I haven't been banned, just been to Padstow for the week. Smashing, thank you for the little concern that I may have been banned though, I feel all warm and fuzzy. :)

    Is there more than one person using your computer Mark or do you have multiple personalities as well as multiple user accounts? I wouldn't have ascribed the statements above to the same person. Call an internet psychologist.
