Hello,
Looking at trying out the Peaks this year for some riding, but not 100% sure on where the best place to head towards would be.
I'm hoping that someone who has ridden there can point me in the right direction of some good riding or a trials center if there is one?
Also places to stay would be good for 6 people.
Many thanks
Drew.

I would say the best riding is in the Dark Peak area around Ladybower. There are some fantastic trails there.0

OH you are in for a treat, one of the best places to ride in the UK.
Best rides are around the Hope valley. Lots of exposed rock.
This series of books has the best routes ever. Most mtb books have boring uninspired routes, these are all classics.

I'd also highly recommend the Dark Peak one too, it has better rides to be honest.
White peaks are more tame in comparison0 -
Go for the Dark Peak book/CD over the White Peak. All the good Ladybower/Hope valley rides are in it.Although a few are done the wrong way around :roll:0
