Chain recommendations?

Now that the worst of the winter weather is over (*crosses fingers*), looking at a Spring overhaul. My drivetrain is 9-speed and I use Ultegra cassettes and Shimano chains. Am a fan of regular chain cleaning and every time I make a mess with the Park Tool chain clearer I think to myself, "must buy a removeable chain". Will do so this time around.
Any recommendations for a reasonably priced removeable chain (c.£20) or would I be better off putting a powerlink on a Shimano chain? Had been looking at the SRAM PC971which, I think, is compatible with Shimano casette and chain rings.

I use SRAM chains and like them a lot. I've just got whatever the cheapest PC 9-speed chain is, PC951 I think.
Tried KMC but didn't like them as much, however many people will probably feel the opposite.
Powelinks are ace. I find them easier to undo than the KMC links but once again I'm sure others will disagree with me.0 -
PC951 - no point getting the more expensive ones if you take care of them properly.0
