LIghts for rack fittings on front forks Specialized Tricross

Folks,

My Specialized Tricross has rack fittings on the front fork which I would like to use to mount some lights that preferably also accept rechargeable batteries. I don't want to use zip ties in case the light swings around into my spokes and the handlebar has been occupied by a handlebar bag, so no space there. Any recommendations ?

Minoura space grip for the bars and mount the lights on it. I've got one on each end of the bike.

You can get a bracket to allow you to fit a handlebar mount to the rack thread;

Though I prefer fork crown mounting, again there's a bracket, though not all lights would fit ;

Highpath site is very interesting. Chainrings on my Epic are on the way out, I might opt for one of their oval rings when I look to replace.
