Correct Tyre pressures

I am just wanting to know what are the correct tyre pressures for a kenda komodo 2.1 i was told that 3.0 bar 44 psi but i am a big guy 16.5 stone someone said to put more in but i dont want to get flats if i can help it. anyone know the correct pressures?
