Carbon Cranks - Helicopter Tape
Hi all,
Use speedplay pedals and have a habit of catching the crank arms with the bottom of the cleats which has taken the paint off a little on my previous chainset on a TT bike.
Purchasing a carbon crankset and was thinking about some helicopter tape applied to the outside of each crank arm.....
From experience of having helicopter tape on my phone and how well it protects seems a good idea, but has anyone done this? Presume no bad affect from putting it on carbon?

Yup, I have it on my alu cranks and it works great since I'm always banging them on something. CF will be no problem.0

any recomendations of where to get it from? i've just been looking on ebay?

I used the stuff off ebay, great, hard to appy to a white frame well though I have found!0
