Rust Curl Store Fraud Website

I'm just writing to inform people if they come across a website based in Indonesia called PtRustCurlStore.com selling bicycles and different motor equipment that this is a fraudulant company.
I looked at their range of bikes and was interested in the Scott S30 Flatbar road bike.
I contacted him via email about availability and was in regular contact with him for weeks talking about shipping and all that.
It stated on website it only used bank transfer and foolishly I paid that way after he sent an invoice with details of purchase and his account also.
When he confirmed the money had gone through he came up with the story that bike didnt make minimum allowed weight to justify shipping and asked whether I wanted refund or option of another bicycle. I asked for refund and I never heard from him again.
I did some research and found another persons post on a tourist website in Indonesia and this person was scammed from the same person operating a different company.
I've tried contacting various embassy's and police over there but to no avail.
I'm hoping that by putting my fraud description in subject of this post, that it will show up on search engines when people are looking into website.
Any person here who has also dealt in some way with this company,feel free to comment.
