decided to pick up a bargain

to replace the FSA Vero triple on my defy 3 09

Thought i might as well change the BB while I'm at it.
Any recommendations?

    you're limited to Shimano, obviously

    I'd go with the 105 or Ultegra level BB. The Dura Ace version is adjustable and lighter but the 105/Ultegra is simpler to setup, much cheaper and does the job.

    You'll need a 118mm for a triple:

    Don't forget you need a V1 spline, NOT the V2.
