Can I get a sale bike on C2W?

Hi. Was told the other day, by Tredz salesman, that you can't get sale bikes on the c2w scheme, would have to pay RRP. Is this correct? Sure I've read on here that someone got a sale bargain.

    Cant see any reason why you couldn't get a sale bike, other than the bikeshop wanting more of your cash...!
    In fact, yeah, my mate did get a C2W bike at sale price.
    Giant Reign - now sold :-(

    Most cycle to work schemes cost the shops commission, typically 10% - that makes them reluctant to sell anything at a discount.
    So it's not that they can't, it's that they won't because it's just not in their interests.
