Buying new Giant and zippy folder supplied?

Hi,
I've just picked up my Giant Anthem X2 from my LBS and was surprised to find that the bike didn't come with a black zippy folder which I've got with new Giants in the past.
I challenged the bloke in the shop to be told that they have to keep them when the bike is sold. I even spoke to the manager who denied that they even came with the Giants anymore.
Are they pulling my leg or what?
Since i've paid a lot of my bike the least i would expect is that I get one supplied.

i never got one with either of y 2009 giants.
In fact, didnt know they did them!!Trek Remedy 9.8 20130 -

I got one with my 08 XTC.
Maybe it sounds then that they no longer do them.0
