Missed opportunities

Bah. Thats twice this week I've said to myself "take the camera out" and look what happens. First time is tuesday, get into work and some chavs have grafitti'd the whole meeting area of our little restaurant. Lil b***ards. Would have made some interesting photos though.
Then today I say to my Bro as we're leaving (to go and buy a new camera incidentally, but a compact this time, it was the SLR I was thinking of grabbing). Get to the city center and find Chinese New Year is in full bloom. What the hell?? Looks like the paper printed the wrong date, as I was sure they said it would be on at the same time as the Saints-Pompey game. :x

Could have had some really cool shots of the dragons there. Plus thoughs drums were great, could feel that right in me lungs.
