    Pics to follow: I love this bike its sooo light more responsive than my Carbon Speciallized Tarmac Elite, Although not as expensive, this shows you dont need to spend loads of cash to get a great ride with as decent spec:

    very very nice indeed :D I have an older version of the Focus Cayo, have made a few changes but still love it though! Think I might be close to needing to replce the headset on mine, do you recommend the Acros?

    Yes mate the acros is a world class peice of kit mate Nicole cooke swears by it they supply most of her stuff inc bottom brackett, headset, QR skewers and seatpost clamp.
