A cycle......... a carry.......... and a run all in one

5 miles into my off road jaunt this morning..for reasons I dont understand the hanger on my Shimano Deore XT rear mech snapped............

I had to carry the bike for 3/4 mile to a mates and then run home to pick up my car and rack to get the bike.............a sort of triathalon

Any advice on where to buy a replacement hanger would be greatly appreciated. I am off this week and wanted to do a couple of big rides .Arrrrggghhh

    If it's the mech hanger it's specific to the frame, the local dealer should be able to sort you one out.

    or BETD online. Get a spare or two as well, so that if it happens again there'll be not triathalon-ing!

    as said above it is part of the bike that broke not the Mech.

    contact the place that sold the bike or as above look on Betd to see if you can find your frame and year.
