looking for some wheels for my road bike only have space for one bike so i am going to get some wheels for summer and keep the current ones for winter,

Been looking at

Mavic Ksyrium Equipe £199

or

Shimano 6700 Ultegra £229.95

My bike is only a carrera valour so the wheels it came with are pretty heavy anyway

    halo aerorage.
  • Wheels arrived today they look the part and suit the bike which is the silver carrera paint.

Because they are tubless compatible it says in the instructions not to use rim tape so that was an added bonus.
I bought Michelin Pro 3's and they were really tight to get on but managed it in the end got sore thumbs now.

Weighed bike before and after and its a saving of 1.2kg so looking forward to a good day so i can get out and test them.
