Custom Cassete to fit 8 speed campag disc

hi all,
Got a zip rear disc that has an 8 speed campag freehub, yes its a bit old but I love it, rolls well and is pretty light
Get on with it well and with a close range 11-19 block on (or 11-23 for hiller events) there really isnt any major need for 10 speed.
But... always a but
Upgrading the frame etc, and looking at going 10 speed as all my other bikes are, and have seen mention of custom cassetes that can convert older campag hubs to 10 speed, google hasnt done me very well.
It really does depend mind you on what they cost....
Can anyone point me in the right place to buy one
