Bike box too big for hire car?

So, I've finally bought a Revolution bike box so I can transport my bike to Malaga, Spain. I'll be with my family, so instead of riding off into the sunset on landing, I have to put my bike in the boot of a hired car along with the rest of my families luggage. My box measures 80cm x 115cm x 40 cm. One option would be to hire a car with roof rack but these seem few and far between. The Citreon Berlingo and Renault Kangoo seem to have a large boot capacity, but not entirely confident either of these will be large enough. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Not sure these will be big enough. Think you would be better of with a Grand Scenic or similar.

You'll get one bike box in a Berlingo with 1/3 of the rear seat folded down. That will leave a slightly cramped rear seat for two and a reasonable amount of luggage space.

This is based on the old shape Berlingo I have, the new ones are quite a bit bigger.
