Does anyone know if replica jerseys for Team Sky can be purchased? I've tried the usual on-line sites (Wiggle, Evans, Chain Reaction) and bunging in various search terms but nothing.
Thanks

I believe Sky said you can purchase them from March via their site, but on other sites most new kits aren't available until the end of Feb-March time from what I know based on previous years.

You may be able to get it ealier via some European online retailers as they always seem to have the new season's pro team kits before the UK sites.
The two I use the most are: www.bobshop.de and www.trikotexpress.de0 -
Unless I can get one with my name down the side like the pro version, I don't want one. 8)0

In the meantime you should buy this http://www.shuttvr.com/productdetail.php?id=F_ShuttNo5

Late spring according to someone I know at Adidas, loads of it, going to be sold via LBSs etc.
Shouldnt have thought it will be available in Europe earlier as the design and manufacture is being orchestrated by Adidas in the UK. Some of that though will be determined where the stock of 15,000 jerseys and 5,000 pairs of shorts (along with leg warmrs, arm warmers, socks etc) are warehoused and distributed from.0 -

Hmmm, more likely down to the Sky jersey being Adidas kit, so I think they are more likely to have got their inspiration here

Your right. The pink is very close to black, and the white band is almost blue :roll:Expertly coached by http://www.vitessecyclecoaching.co.uk/

Does anyone know if this is going to be an option? That would be awesome.0 -

That depends, if one's surname was "Strangely-Brown" then perhaps just getting "Sky" would be better...0 -

you can say the same about the first one,it'd look like sky if it had a white back, stripes and a different blue0 -

Oh, yes of course, I thought the Shutt you linked to was just a plain jersey with a blue panel stiched on the front. I can see now how Adidas ripped that off to make a design with a white panel, blue writing on the front, white back and blue stripe down the back. They must have been desparate until they came across that Shutt jersey....
...rather than taking designs they'd done for pro teams previously and developing those albeit, heaven forbid, they had to use some different colours. As you can imagine for a small sportswear company like Adidas they were in a right old panic I bet they just hope no-one else spots their Shutt rip off and sues for IP infringement....0 -
At Shutt we are all rather please that the Sky design does bear some similarities to our No.5 with Mid Blue hoop especially in light of the increased sales... We've had to step up production..
It's even more amusing as we are the clothing sponsor for the new Orbea-For Goodness Shakes! team...

Its probably quite helpful that the Sky blue/cyan is pretty much an Adidas corporate colour.0
