Does a Trek 6300 size 19 exist?

I'm looking into a 2009 Trek 6300 from France and the guy insists that the bike has a 19 inch frame. I've never seen or heard of a 19 inch frame (and apparently neither has Trek : http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes/2009/archive/6300e )

Does anyone know if a 19 exists or what he means by 19?

Is the size of the bike still written above the crank? I'll have him send me a photo to confirm. Thanks for any help.

so does he mean it is a 19 rather than a 15/ 17/ 18/ 21" ?

and he is just dropping the ,5?
