Your best bet would be a car bodyshop or auto paint company who will match it near as dammit and mix you a little pot up! Any mates that work at a bodyshop or car dealer with bs attached?
  • its funny I tried that for my BMC road racer- orange and white. the nearest match I could find was that ford ST orange- went to halfords ....couldnt do it. went to a ford dealership with bodyshop.... couldnt do it.
I ended up with some cheapo orange nail varnish from boots and its damn near spot on , the only give away is the change in texture because it wasnt sprayed.
serioulsy nail varnish can be dirt cheap theres loads of options and its pretty tough too.

A sprayer can mix up any colour he likes. Loads of autopaint places that'll do a pot/aerosol for a fiver. Wouldn't be worth it for a main dealer unless you knew someone. Not gonna pretend to know how much nail varnish costs! It just wont be as strong thats all.
