Did whatever cause the first one also cause the second?

I blame ITB, he's not cycling at the moment and the fairy is twiddling her thumbs

    I got done this morning

  • I got done last night, big slice in the tyre. It was a slime inner tube that proceeded to spray glow green all over me and the bike. The bike looked like something from Ghostbusters

I then proceeded to cut my thumb taking off the wheel and it ended up with me who needed a pu****re repair kit.

All in all, not a great ride home.

:D Well yes, that is quite representative of the mess. But that is the good bike, I would never put slimy tubes on that bike.

I checked the tyre each time and found nothing.

It was embarrasing phoning into work this morning as I'm sure they must think it unlikely and that I was taking the piss :(

I angered the fairy by leaving my pump and spare valve at home. After 18 blissful pun%#*re free months with my armadillos i'd become complacent. Whaddya know, first day i dont bring my stuff out with me she decides to teach me a lesson, and i had to push the bike 3 miles in the sleet.
